Ben Sears Workshop #1 - Core & Spine: More Comprehensive Core Engagement, More Spinal Mobility

This workshop is intense, and will help you understand core engagement in a whole new way. Ben will teach you how to truly engage your core to relieve tightness in the back. This is a worthwhile exercise that you can use as a warm-up - or a standalone workout - in any occasion.

Ben Sears Workshop #2 - Total Hip Muscle Activation for Increased Strength, Active Mobility & Decreased Lower-Back Tension

This is workshop #2 from Ben Sears, and it focuses on intense muscle activation in the hips. The end result is that you’re using your hips instead of compensating with your lower-back, and it will help you dramatically improve your ability to build strength in your lower-body, avoid stiffness, pain, or discomfort in your lower-back, and even help you increase active mobility and range of motion.

Workshop #3 - Shoulders: Improved Joint Mobility, Downdog, & Shoulder Flexion

This workshop will help you advance your movement practice by strengthening your shoulders in overhead range of motion (shoulder flexion), improve your downdog (no matter your flexibility level, with multiple modifications), build strength and mobility in your shoulders, and help with overall injury-prevention in your shoulders.

Benjamin is an international teacher cited as a “master” by Yoga Journal. In 2007 he opened LUXYOGA, a legendary retreat center in the South of France, and is currently developing Bozeman House, a luxury 20-acre wellness and event location adjacent to a national forest 20-minutes from Bozeman, MT. Benjamin leads teacher trainings, workshops, and retreats worldwide and online in addition to 1-1 coaching and group and personal mastermind coaching programs. He began practicing Yoga in 2001 to address a serious spinal injury, multiple knee surgeries, and to learn to dance with grief. He stuck around for the self-inquiry, community, and because renovations are permanently underway when you are a human.

Benjamin teaches to empower students to make their own realizations through an ever-evolving integration of Yoga, modern mobility science, breath-work, and meditation, and is renowned for connecting the dots between diverse modalities with clarity and humor. Benjamin has certifications in Katonah, Bikram, Forrest, Dharma Mittra Yoga, and Functional Range Conditioning, as well as studies within the Ido Portal Method, Ashtanga Yoga, Mindfulness Meditation, The Oxygen Advantage, and Marma Ayurveda.
