Can you do two programs at once? (ex Upper Body Program & Yoga Beast)

This depends on the intensity of the program, but the general answer is no.

There are two caveats:

  1. If you are doing the Bulletproof Your Back Program, you can use this with another program, since the workouts are less demanding. But I typically only recommend ByB if you have chronic back pain to the point that you have difficulty with other workouts, or if you really want to continue your other workouts and only have 15-20 minutes per day for yoga.
  2. You can combine workout programs if you only do one workout per day. I don’t recommend doing 2 workouts per day, unless the program specifically calls for it. The workouts are pretty intense already, and doing 2 workouts per day is probably more than your body needs (or is more than is healthy).
