This routine is designed to significantly advance your hip flexibility. With longer-held postures focusing on lengthening the muscles while also building muscular awareness help you increase your flexibility in less time, and notice significant improvements quickly. This 30-minute workout has just 3 poses, with 5 minutes per side.

There are modifications and advice given to address less flexible guys, and it’s also a routine that’s appropriate for guys who are more flexible looking to increase their flexibility even more. Keep in mind that you should be maintaining strength in these postures as you go deeper into your flexibility, and that your goal should be to do the posture in a way that fits your flexibility levels, rather than mirroring what somebody else (or I) am doing.
